Scrips Program Planning on purchasing gift certificates for Christmas presents? Need a gift for someone who has everything? A gift card is the perfect present! The Scrip program has hundreds of gift cards to choose from, including restaurant gift certificates. Store like: Kohl’s Macy’s Old Navy Sears Amazon.com Restaurants such as: 99 Restaurant Chili’s TGI Friday’s Subway Burger King Even our favorite coffee shops like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. And many, many more! You can get development credit, just by finishing your holiday shopping! How easy is that? Get those order forms in early for Christmas delivery. Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM Friday for delivery the following Thursday. Orders must be in by Friday, December18th for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. |

Highlights from Recent Events Wine & Beer Tasting The school gym was full of good cheer on Saturday, November 7th at the 5th Annual Wine & Beer tasting. People came from all around to taste the many different selections from all over the world that were offered from NorthEast Wines and Spirits. This event helped raise over $8,000 for the school. The development committee would like to thank co-chairs Angelique Roberts and Celeste Zardeskas and everyone who volunteered to help out with this event. Craft Fair The Craft Fair was held on Saturday, November 7th. The church hall was filled with wonderful handmade crafts and baked goods. With help from the many talented people, the craft fair was a big success. This event raised over $4,000! Thank you to Mrs. Diane Barrett who chaired the event and to her many helpers.
Don’t Forget! Wednesday, December 9th is the Children’s Craft Sale. Items will be available for the children to purchase for their Christmas gifts. |

Development Credit Forms In January the development committee will be sending home the new development point/credit forms for families to fill out and turn in. We hope that this new form will be easier to understand. A cover letter with instructions will accompany the form. By asking for this information half way through the year, it will make our record keeping much easier. Please be on the lookout for this form. Thank you in |

November 30 – December 4 Scholastic Book Fair 8:30 am – 2:45 pm, Monday – Friday; until 7:00 pm during Parent-Teacher Conferences The theme of the book fair is “Read Around the World”
December 11 Family Bingo Night 5:30-7:00 pm, Church Hall There will pizza starting at 5:30 and the games begin at 6:00 pm. Prizes will include toys, games, arts & crafts, dress down days, free ice cream coupons. This is a FREE event sponsored by the St. James School. Come and join in the fun!
